Apartments POLIC are situated just 10 meters to the sea offering  a fascinating possibility for holiday-accommodation with real touch with nature. Outdoor space, the yard and terraces  are directly connected with a stone beach and the see; several meters far you can find small pebble beach with a shallow. Going from the  house to  the East or West direction you can walk almost for hours near the waterfront. In the East direction there are Marina Frapa, Dragon's Eye and Rogoznica within the distance 2–4 km.  You can find  a tennis court, disco, restaurants  or morning coffee bar  in Marina Frapa relaxing with some book, or just looking around. In front of the House there are several islets where you can go by renting a boat.
You can make half-day excursions to one of  National Parks (Krka and Kornati), too.
There are only two apartments in the house, both at the ground floor and completely orientated to the sea.
Apartments are similar, consisting of a bedroom ( bigger apartment has additional one small bedroom) with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dinning/living room and terrace connected with a yard. There is possibility to have two additional beds (sofa) in the each livingroom. Apartments are provided with bed-clothing, cooking and serving dishes,TV, enough parking behind the house for your cars.

Razanj is a small, northern Dalmatian place, located 6 km from the main road and situated on the half way between Trogir and Sibenik. Since this traditional fishing settlement has taken advantage of its beautiful shores with rocky beaches, many tourists who look for peace and quiet spend their holidays in its private houses and pensions. The nearest bank, post office and pharmacy and restaurants can be found in Rogoznica nearby. The crystal clear sea, far from tourist complexes and camping sites, is great for water sports, while there are small concrete docking places in front of private houses. You can truly relax and enjoy evening walks in the surroundings of Razanj.
In Razanj, there is a restaurant with the daily offer of fresh seafood, a bar and two grocery shops.
House NATALIA is a small, single-story house, surrounded with Mediterranean yard and closed with  stone walls. It is situated just 15 m to the sea. It has two apartments, each with separate entrance. Both are the same having a bedroom with matrimonial bed, separate kitchen fully equipped, living/dinning room and terrace on the own corner of the house. There is possibility to have two additional beds (sofa) in the living room. Terraces are partly covered with a roof having enough shadow.
Passing several steps through a yard  you are directly on the beach. A beach is rocky, but with a shallow and concret sun-deck. Besides the house there is charming barbecue near the old olive tree.
In the each apartment accommodation is suitable for 2-4 persons.

Grebastica, nice bay of Riviera Sibenik (about 80km before Split) is situated between Sibenik (14km ) and Primosten (12km). The largest Adriatic archipelago, national Park Kornati, is an hour far by boat. Another national park, The Krka's waterfalls is 20 minutes far by car. You can have great time here also enjoying in rafting through this magnifique river .
In Grebastica you will find restaurants, bar, shop, post office, lively night life (with also the most famous Dalmatian discotheque-Aurora) you will find in Primosten.
Organized excursions to Kornate have departures from Primosten and Sibenik.
The house SPARADICI is situted in Sparadici, a hamlet of Grebastica, on the north side of the bay, located at a magnifique position just 20 m from the sea.
The beach, with shower, partly pebble, partly concrete, is just below the house.
There is separate covered barbecue and one large room ''konoba'' below the house where guests can spend time together with bar,CD, TV/LCD, and large table.
There is private pier where you can put your boat. If you have a license, the owners offer you the yet ski.
Additionally there is kind of laundry at guests disposal with washing machine, drying machine, iron.
The accommodation is offered in three nice, spacious apartments suitable for 5 to 7, 2 to 4, and 4 to 6 persons.
The apartment that suits for 5 to 7 persons consists of 2 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen with living/dining area and sofa that can be fold out, two spacious terraces (about 30m2).
The apartment that suits for 2 to 4 persons consists of 1 double bedroom, kitchen with living/dining area and sofa that can be fold out,a  bathroom, 15m2 large terrace.
The apartment that suits for 4 to 6 persons consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen with living/dining area and sofa that can be fold out, 5m2 balcony.
The whole house has outside video-supervision, alarm system, all apartments have air conditioning, TV/SAT,  internet access.
There is enough parking place ensured on the property.

Lozica bay is a new settlement  situated in a deep bay closed by Marina Frapa on the south and islet Jaz on the north, hidden from the waves and open sea with numerous islets. Rogoznica is just  two kilometers far having a bank, post office, restaurants, ambulance.... Nearby Primosten is within the distance of 5km where is the nearest petrol station and the largest disco-club „Aurora“ in this part of Dalmatian coast.
Apartments Lida are situated  50m to the sea and beach. The beach is rocky with enough comfort space for sun-bathing. Small pebble beach with a shallow is about 150m far. There are 4 apartments in the house. Three apartments  are for 2+1 persons, and the biggest one  for maximum 6 persons. Apartments  No3 and No4 are situated on the second floor having big common terrace with a sea view from which one entering to the apartment. – ideal for 2 friendly couples or families to spend holiday time together. Apartment No2 is situated on the mezzanine having own entrance and terrace. This three apartments can use a bbq behind the house. Apartment No 1 is situated at the mezzanine, with own separate entrance, court yard with barbecue and lot of plants and flowers, big terrace, sitting furnished, with a sea view. It consists of  large dinning and living area combined tohether and separated from the kitchen with a bar. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this apartment.  It is possible to accommodate maximum 10-15 persons in all apartments. There is enough parking place within a private possesion.
