Vinisce, a settlement 12 km from Trogir, an old Dalmatian city included into the UNESCO World Heritage List, is  situated in a lovely bay  surrounded with numerous islets. Several bays in the surroundings of Vinisce (Voluja, Ricevo Vrelo, Stari Trogir and Sicenica) are known for their magnificent sandy and pebble beaches, as well as for their splendid underwater world, ideal for sport fishing and scuba diving. In Vinisce you can enjoy in long walks, numerous cafe-bars and small restaurants around the small port, a great choice for a family holidays.
House DUJILOVIC is about 200 m to the sea and the beach, situated in the quite environment, surronded with olive trees.
There are 2 apartments in the house and big yard with a barbeque.
Apartment No1 is situated at the mezzanine, having large terrace covered with natural wine shadow and connected with several steps with a yard. The apartment is about 70 m2 with two bedrooms,a bathroom and large kitchen with dinning room. It is suitable for 4-5 persons.
Apartment No 2  is situated at the 1st floor of the house. It is realy big, light and comfort apartment of about 100 m2 with 2 bedrooms, a balcony and terrace with natural shadow, large living room (30 m2) which is connected with dinnig room and kitchen. Accommodation is suitable for 5-6 persons.

CIOVO, an island in the central Dalmatian archipelago (length 15.3 km, width up to 3.5 km) ), in the north-west  connected with the mainland by a bascule bridge in Trogir making an ilusion that it is a component of the coast. Even walking by foot from Trogir you can reach Okrug Gornji.
Apartments GORDANA are situated on the north side of Island Civo, only 50 m far from the sea and a beach. The center of Okrug Gornji is only 1,5 km far from the house, while Trogir is about 4 km far.
Accommodation is offered in two apartment each  at the own floor.
The vicinity of the sea enables you to go to the beach even in the bathing costumes. Local  public transportation includes a taxy-boat which departures each hour.
Due to the type of the ground both apartments are partly, or completely situated at the groundfloor.
Smaller apartment No1 is suiatble for accommodation of 2-4 persons. The main entrance of the apartment devide it to outdoor living space with a yard surrounded by pine & olive trees and sea view, and indoor space which consists of dinning/living room, separate kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and additional single bed and bathroom.

On the  South side it is on the ground level having own parking, entrance and a yard with a barbecue. On the North side apartment is faced to the sea and situated on the first floor.

The plan of the apartment is devided into the living part with entrance corridor with a smaller bathroom (3m2), living area, dinning area, kitchen and loggia.
The sleeping part of the apartment is completely devided and has a corridor, big bathrom with washing machine and 3 bedrooms
Apartment have air-conditioning, well equipped kitchens, TV, bed-clothing, cooking and serving dishes...and  ensured parking within a private possesion.

Ms SANTA Nejasmic offers accommodation only in one apartment in her house which is situated in Okrug Gornji, Ciovo, only 50 m to the sea and the beach, 300 m to the market, restaurant, ambulance, pharmacy...You can make long walks around the bay Mavarcica, or even, go by foot to Trogir which is only 4 km far.
Apartment is large and full of the light with nice view to the sea. It consists of two double-bed rooms, kitchen with dinningroom and exit to terrace ( 20 m2) which will be for sure your outdoor living room during evenings. Addyitionally there is one bathroom, a livingroom with possibility to have an extra bed (sofa). Guests can use barbecue in the yard.
Accommodation is suitable up to 5 persons.
Owners live in the house during the summer.

Apartments MarijaA are about 1 km far from the center of city of Trogir, situated on the island side (Trogir is an island connected with bridge with a coast and with other bridge with island Ciovo) in a private house.
There are 3 comfort apartments in the house; at the ground floor one apartment for 2+1 persons; on the first and second floor apartmets for 5-7 persons.
All apartments are spacious, light, well equipped  (washing machine, air-conditioning), each with nice sea view and view to old center of Trogir. Two bigger apartments have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, separate kitchen and exit to balcony. Smaller apartment is with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with dinningroom and  yard.
Accommodation is suitable up to 17 persons.
The beach is about 300m far, market 100m, the center of the city of Trogir 1,5 km.

There are only several islands  on the Croatian Adriatic that are connected with a coast by bridge. One of them is island Ciovo near Trogir. On its south side there is a setlement Mavarcica, a hamlet of Okrug Gornji.
Numerous summer houses offer accommodation there. Besides them, there is  a House A&Z, 30 m far from the sea, almost completely hidden in the garden with a lot of plants, bushes and flowers. House A&Z is an ideal place for holiday accommodation having two apartments, each with separate entrance. Spacious terraces with sea view, screened from the strong sun and light with awnings are an adornment to apartments.
Each apartment is sutable for comfort accommodation up to 5 persons consisting of entrance hall which devide living part of the apartment from the sleeping part where there are 2 bedrooms, one with matrimonial bed, other with 2 single beds. Close to them there is a bathroom.

Seget Donji, a small fisherman's and farming village is located just between the city of Trogir with numerous sightseeing possibilities and Hotel Medena, only 2 km far in each direction.
Seget Donji is surrounded with magnificient mountains which slowly  descend to the sea and pebble beaches; one can enjoy in a splendid Mediterranean climate and crystal clear waters, long walks near the seaside, fresh, domestic fruits and vegetable, fresh fish or in foot and bike paths in the backround....
There is a small shop for everyday needs, post office,  bar and a restaurant in the village, but for those who expect more of shoping, it is easy to go to Trogir or Split.
Apartment IVE offers our dear guests pleasant accommodation in one large apartment on the first floor of the house. The house is situated bellow the main road, in quite environvement with a lot of kiwy shadows around the house.
Owners live at the groundfloor of the house, and apartment, offered to guests. is on the first floor of the house.
Apartment is large ( about 120m2) with 4 bedrooms, shower room/WC and additional WC, separate kitchen opened to dinning room and balcony.
Each bedroom is fully equipped with bed-clothing, pilows, and kitchen is completely equipped for everyday life. On the south side there is a living room, also with exit to balcony.
Balcony surrounding apartmen on  three sides offerin realy  fabolous view to the sea and old  part of Seget Donji.
For pleasant accommodation, guests have at their disposal also: parking for 4 cars, washing machine,TV/SAT, barbecue in the yard, two air-conditioners....

Apartments Krole are situated in a beautiful bay of Vinisce, at an idyllic position, only  10 m far from the sea and lovely  small pebble and concrete beach. Some other attractive pebble and send beaches –Voluja, Ricevo vrelo, Stari Trogir.... can be reached by foot or by boat. Vinsce bay is closed by several islets offering possibility to spend a day on the beach in a complete privacy. The nearest market, coffee bar, restaurant and marina are within a walking distance of 50-100m. Long walking area just on the waterfront enables walking and jogging in early morning time breeding fresh sea air. One who prefers entertainment and night life can visit nearby Trogir, Sibenik and Split. Sport enthusiasts and nature lover can easy reach National Park Krka (40km) or Omis (60km) and enjoy in exciting rafting in canyon of river Cetina.
House Krole was built close to old water tank and  small stone house which should be renovated and used as a closed bbq.
House itself is completely new, having parking at the groundfloor and garage for 4 cars. There are 2 entrances to the house, each leads to two apartments. Apartments are similar having space of about 50m2 and terraces of about 16m2.  Each apartment has bedroom with a double bed on the side of the house opposite to the sea, and living area on the sea side. Living area is connected by large doors with a terrace, enabling sea view from all positions. Terraces are lovely, sitting furnished with a shadow.
Kitchens are completely equipped with a cooking stove, fridge with freezer, cooking and serving dishes.
All bathrooms are with a shower. There is TV/SAT in each apartment. Guests can use common washing machine.
Sleeping is organized in bedrooms, but also, it is possible in the living area using a sofa as an additional bed.
It is possible to accommodate maximum 8-14 persons in the house.
