Apartments VINKA are situated in Grljevac/Podstrana, 8 km south from Split, in green environs.
Everything is near: beaches, tennis courts, restaurants, coffee bars and disco clubs; but also astronomical observatory on the top of the mountain Mosor, Split and ancient Salona,Trogir and Omis which is famous  about rafting.
House is about 200 m far from the beach, it is ideal accommodation for both: businessmen who want to rest outside from Split and tourists who want peaceful place for their holidays.
Two apartments are excellent equipped, marked with 4 stars****; each bedroom has own bathroom, there is TV,washing machines, parking within the possession.
Bigger apartment, suitable for 6 to 7 persons, is situated at the 1st floor of the house consists of a hall, living room with exit to terrace (possibility for  additional bed), separate kitchen with dinningroom and exit to terrace, 3 doublebed rooms with 3 bathrooms, each with exit to balcony with sea view, one additional toilette with washing machine.
Smaller apartment is suitable for 4-5 persons, situated at the 2nd floor consists of a hall, large kitchen connected with living room, 2 bedrooms each with own bathroom and  terrace with sea view.
Parking is ensured in front of the house, but you do not need to use your car if you wish to visit Split or Omiš.
Local public transportation is well organized; bus drives every 20 minutes in direction Split/center and direction Omiš/center.
Accommodation is limited up to 12 persons.

Old, completely renewed, stone house Bozikovic is situated in Podstrana, 6km long area near Split in direction Dubrovnik.
This area is characterized by long beaches with bars on the beach, lot of great restaurants, Le Merridien -hotel Lav offers entertainment in casino, disco, night club, there are tennis courts, golf courts, marina.
Split is just 8 km far, Omis - with most famous Croatian rafting is 13km far, Trogir - town museum protected by UNESCO as part of world patrimonial is 30 km far, Dubrovnik is 120km far.
You can also reach National Park Krka and take bath under the waterfalls in less than 1,5 hour.
House Bozikovic has 5 apartments and it can suit for couple or for large group of friends as it offers offer accommodation up to 16 persons divided in 5 apartments.
Two of them are studio apartments that cater for two people and 3 of them cater up to 4 people (having double bedroom and living/dining area with sofa for two persons that can be fold out).
The house is divided on two floors; there are a studio and an apartment on the ground floor and two apartments and a studio apartment on the first floor.
The apartments No3 and No4 on the first floor have balconies with a sea view, apartment No1at the ground floor  has a yard at disposal.
A shaddy part of the garden with a sea view has a barbecue and outside shower at disposal for all guests having separate table with chairs for each apartment.
All apartments are well furnished, all furniture is completely new, each room in apartment is air conditioned, each apartment has LCD/TV with satellite.
The locked parking is available on the property.
The sea is about 20 m air distance from the house;  the beach is just 50m far from the house.
